Maplan UK have sponsored GB Beach Volleyball players Jody Gooding and Tom Lord to help them on there journey and ambition to play in the 2012 Olympic games in London. Jody and Tom are in Brazil at the moment at a pre season training camp before the start of the world FIVB Tour. Jody commented that "Brazil is the world centre of competitive beach volleyball,

the best coaches, conditioning trainers and tactical coaches are based in Brazil so that is were we will be pre season" Jody's and Tom’s focus is on continual improvement, moving up the world rankings is the short term target with the ultimate goal in 2012 to represent Great Britain at the Olympic games.
