The competition at the global market tends to new developments to win the customer’s
favor. Simultaneous the enforcement of cost reduction causes that the manufacturer
reduces the contingent of their qualified staff. Therefore they always need new tools
for setting off this loss.
One of these tools is the Cure² system, further-developed by MAPLAN and CAS together.
This system is a process simulation, which intervenes self-regulating in the MAPLAN
machine control. Cure² aims for a curing process which is roughly constant and starting
simultaneous at all mould part areas, unaffected from temperature conduction problems.
The result is the shortest curing time. This is possible, because each procedure
of the process is made transparent by the system and the material state is known
at every station. Cure² includes all stations of the optimizing process from strip
intake, plasticizing unit up to the inflow in the cavity.
Cure² is consequently an
adequate instrument to hold the quality of the part output on a constant high level.
