The key advantages offered by the MAP.fifo injection unit invented by MAPLAN lie in its unparalleled performance, system accuracy and the design simplicity. The MAP.fifo is available in three versions: the classic MAP.fifo, the MAP.fifo ergo with easily accessible strip feed-in and the MAP.fifo flex with removable nozzle for different immersion depths into the tool.

MAP.fifo ergo

The 90° rotated position of the screw unit simplifies operation, because the pull-in height of the strip intake is easily accessible. The optional MAP.fifo ergo temperature sensor detects incorrect material mixtures.

MAP.fifo flex

The special design of this injection unit offers the advantage to lift-off the nozzle for different immersion depths into the mould.
